About

Passion. Experience. Diligence.

Monardo Estate Law was founded by its principal, Sandra Monardo, in May 2022. Within months, MEL has grown to a team of four - all available to assist you with your estate-related needs in Ontario.

The goal continues to be to provide legal services in estate law at lower hourly rates and flexible fee structures than what are offered by traditional, larger firms and to provide both drafting, administration and litigation services including drafting wills and powers of attorney, advising attorneys, guardians and estate trustees, administering estates and bringing or defending court applications including passing of accounts, will challenges, attorney disputes, and guardianship disputes. To add, Sandra Monardo acts as estate trustee and estate trustee during litigation and is regularly sought out as mediator for estate disputes.
